We view our breeding program as a careful method of expanding the White Swiss Shepherd Dog population within Australia, with quality dogs sound in health and temperament. As a result we will not produce litters often, but only where appropriate and when the quality available to us is of excellence. There will be a stringent process undertaken in every endeavor to sell and home a Saffioraire Pup. All Saffioraire puppies will come with; 1st Vaccination, up to date worming, microchipped, ANKC papers, Vet Health Check, DNA testing, One year membership to the GWSSDAV, Temperament analysis (using the Volhard PAT), Saffioraire Puppy pack, and a lifetime of continued support. COST OF A SAFFIORAIRE PUPPY 1. PET: Pets will be sold registered on the ANKC limited register and will be accompanied by a contract of desexing before heading off to their new homes. The average cost of a pet will be around $2000, with pricing set at the time of mating. (Please note that interstate buyers may incur an additional desexing bond which is fully refunded upon desexing of the dog) 2. CO-OWNERSHIP & OUTRIGHT OWNERSHIP: Pups sold under these arrangements will be registered on the ANKC main register and therefore will be suited to those who wish to partake in ANKC events. These agreements will only be available to those who are members of the VCA (or equivalent interstate body) who hold a valid ANKC kennel prefix, to ensure that anyone who takes on a puppy under these terms has completed a test of knowledge in regards to the responsibilities of breeding.These arrangements are not available to everyone and only available with specific guidelines. The price for a pup on one of these agreements is available upon further application. NOTE: OUTRIGHT OWNERSHIP DOES NOT EXEMPT THE BUYER FROM ETHICAL GUIDELINES, AND ANY SOLICITED BREEDING OF A SAFFIORAIRE DOG WITH AN UNREGISTERED DOG REMAINS WHOLLY UNACCEPTABLE AND WILL BE DEALT WITH ACCORDINGLY! Please Note: All Saffioraire puppies sold, will be done so being accompanied by a legitimate registered contract to be signed before a JP or equivalent. We understand that this is quite a serious requirement and may be seen by some as excessive. We ask you to remember that we are a kennel very dedicated to the ethical betterment and maintenance of our breed, and we see such a stringent contractual approach as one of many measures we can take to ensure that our own dogs do not fall into the hands of irreverent people.
